At the bottom you can see, in very small type, words to the effect that HBO is a proud sponsor of the Vampire Rights Movement.
Clearly, HBO is cooking up a vampire-related series, but beyond that I can’t say. The premise of the hoax (that vampires are “living” among us and that their rights must be protected) calls to mind the Anita Blake series, but that’s just an educated guess.
Anyone have any scoop?

I notice in the OP’s link that the synthetic blood substitute is called “Tru Blood” instead of True Blood. I wonder why the change?
I’ve been a fan of the books for a while now, but don’t get HBO. A friend said that he might be able to tape it for me, except that he’s in Chicago and I’m in North Carolina, so it may be a while before I get to see them.
