What is this movie?

I keep having a scene from this movie, or these movies, in my head. It’s more a motif than a scene (I think that this is the 2nd time today that I’ve used the word motif:o:dubious:, etc…) I think.

So: the hero is in some big firefight (not military). Or, mass killing scene. There is a lull in the action. Hero waits for final assault which will surely eliminate him. The assault never comes. All of his enemies that he can see are dead. Hero looks around, takes tentative steps, straightens up and begins walking…and walking, becoming more self-assured in movement, and walks off into the sunset (figuratively, of course).

Now, I’ve seen Walter White do something like this, and it’s not him. Are there any other mainstream movies which have this in them?

Thanks.

Sounds like a Bourne kind of thing, like when he was evading the Russians, but you’d probably remember the limp.

I remember the Bourne one; that wasn’t it.

Thanks, tho.
BTW,also, it was NOT ‘Carlito’s Way’ in case anybody remember this one.
