This punctured a friend’s tire. As the friend is in another state, I haven’t had occasion to examine it myself. I apologize for the out-of-focus pic.
I postulated that it was a fishing lure, but my friend says it’s blunt-tipped.
It’s an indecipherable blurry blob - I didn’t know that those were capable of puncturing tires.
To me, it resembles an adaptor for a hand pump that was used to inflate soccer balls.
This is obviously a long shot (sorry).
Maybe a crushed-up spark plug?

I would guess it is some sort of electrical component. Maybe from an earlier accident on the road. My specific guess would be part of an antenna.

Yes, I think it’s part of of a coaxial cable for an antenna. The center conductor is the long thing on top, the plastic thingies are the insulator, and the the long thing at the bottom wraps around the outer conductor and sits underneath the outside insulator.
