thanks for stating that you are using win-7 and also using java and flash, GusNSpot. what you did not state is your browser. are you using palemoon browser? additionally, [paraphrasing here] “plenty of horse-power” … so you were thinking might have been screen-redraw issue?
flash is being scrapped … so you may as well disable and remove that plugin from your browser … as well as from your os. from what i understand, the reason being too many security holes and also being targeted. java … another huge security risk … disable likewise.
as to your issue, GusNSpot … perhaps your av is blocking the content of the website … so you will not be victimized by malware. are you using ad-blockers? if not, you may consider doing so. any anti-malware you employ?
continue reading on for further info … if you wish:
i pulled up the two websites you indicated … for “palemoon”, did you mean www.palemoon.org ? i had no direct issue with that website. the other website seems to be a smorgasbord of ads … which means amalgamation of malware is hiding.
let’s talk security on your computer, GusNSpot … you have av? if so, which one? how often do you update the reference files? or, maybe they update automatically? how often do you perform “full scan” as opposed to av’s default “quick scan” approach? do you employ only av? or do you have additional sentries … such as malwarebytes 'n ransomfree 'n spyware-blaster 'n rogue-killer? as you can see … today’s security gamut usually embarks on a ‘layered’ approach … no longer one av trumps every danger.
kaspersky’s av has settings that actually ‘black out’ what it considers to be nefarious website pages … when it thinks something sinister is on that webpage. other av’s likely do simlar. i would not defeat or modify av settings … they are there for your safety.
as for my own personal browsing experience … i employ adblockplus as well as ghostery … avast is my av (only because it’s free). also harbor additional sentries in the background. when i pull up websites … some are black-screen for a millisecond and then appear as they should. actually … based on html5 format … takes half-second to full-second for the page to appear correctly. i am using latest firefox (54.0.1).
so … let’s backtrack just a bit … kaspersky anti-virus … it blocks the content for certain websites. such as http://adbucks.brandreachsys.com/ and http://www.getpaid4.com/?amby. ads mean malware … getting an adblocker will bring at least some enjoyment back into the browsing experience. as well … another thing you will notice is neither of these websites implement the security exchange (https) … rather, only the default http protocol.
tell you what, GusNSpot … just before clicking website to access it … try to look at the referring link while your mouse hovers in front of the link … if it shows a website without https … right-click and copy that link. paste it into notepad … type in an “s” into http so it becomes https … copy/paste the appended url (address) into your browser. more 'n more websites are adopting the https protocol but search-engines are slow to pick up on the latest trends. the black-screen may still appear … but the https protocol should help in keeping your computer safe. it will not block everything … which is why you should employ an ad-blocker 'n ghostery (black-lister) … as well as av 'n anti-malware … and other point-of-entry sentries.
ad-blockers should help with the black-screen … however, kaspersky is doing the job you asked it to do … and you are paying for their security, GusNSpot. do not circumvent it. alternatively, try disabling your flash and java … java-script could be disabled if you wish. far as i’m concerned … if there’s a black-screen … i will stay away from that website.
perhaps i have not explicitly answered your question, GusNSpot … i can further help by offering you couple websites to research:
