Adding my 16 year old son added $100 per month to my bill. He is listed as the primary driver on my Ford Fusion Hybrid, but we also have a Sequoia and a '67 Mustang on our policy.

What’s your location? If you don’t mind telling, what’s this as a percent of your previous cost?
Orange County, CA
Old monthly was $174 per month (had to look it up, it is bundled with my homeowners policy)
My son is 16 and he has the young driver insurance as part of our GEICO insurance for our Tacoma. Added cost of $95 per month. We live in Denver. Zip code 80212
We live in Cincinnati. Our premium went up about $75 per month for each car we added that listed the teenage driver as the primary driver.
Adding 16 yr old daughter: $60 per month.
Adding 16 yr old son: $110 per month.
Mildly interesting note: Adding 18 yr old son to our airplane policy: $25 per month.
