I was not familiar with that and I thank you very much. That is a wonderful resource. I’m just having some trouble trying to find the review for a particular cartoon. Especially if I don’t recall the title. But I’m very happy you posted this link. Thanks again.
There was one that animated the lives of sheet music, with the eighth notes running around and stuff. I wanna say it was set to “The Blue Danube” and had no spoken words, just music, and musical notes. To my little kid mind, it was … beautiful.
So many good cartoons back in the 60’s and 70’s, but my absolute favorite was Jonny Quest. I loved that dog bandit.
Sounds like High Note, a 1960 Chuck Jones cartoon. The song “Little Brown Jug” also features prominently . . .
I love it, too, and haven’t watched it in a long time. I’ll have to check it out tonight.
I always thought “cartoon” just meant “animated show”.
My favorite one would be the one where the boys try to milk a dog, not realizing that cows are the only animals that produce milk.

Really? Then how is it we have goat cheese? And what do all the other baby animals suck from their mother’s tits if it’s not some form of milk?
