I’m at 24.4 right now: 6’ 180 lbs. 3 years ago however I was at 33 (my reaction at reading that now is “Eep!”).

I’m probably unusually well-muscled for my age and gender (female, mid 50s) - when I was in the USNR I had the caliper test done because my weight was sort of up there for my height.

As Dr Woo says it’s not the whole story. Lower BMI does not = physical health.

23.3 based on my last known weight. I only weigh myself maybe a couple I times a year though, so after Christmas and a few days off cycling, who knows…

I could not find the option for “I’m doing just fine. It’s not like I’m obese or anything”.

I’m surprised that everyone is so aware of how much they weigh. It’s been at least 35 years since I’ve looked at a scale.

I don’t own one but work in other peoples’ houses. Also I volunteer in cat and dog rescue so I’m at the vet a lot and weigh myself there.

yeah, well, I’ve spent most of my life as a blob, and I’m sick of it. what else do I have to go on?

24 by the calculator, but it doesn’t take into effect muscle weight. According to caliper tests it’s more like 15-17

I think you are confusing BMI with body fat percent.

21.7, and I could definitely use some toning up.

31.7 with around 8% body fat I think.

Most people when they click on me see a skull, or if they are still using text read “Why don’t I kill you and just get it over with?!”

Be healthy in all things rather than worrying about being skinny.

I got between 25-29, classified as “overweight.” Lovely.

If you look at me, I appear pudgy rather than fat.

I am working on losing weight. I was successful before. Maybe I’ll succeed again.

20 and unfit as hell. Working on the fit part, finally.

I don’t have a working scale and last time I weighed myself was almost a year ago, but going by the weight on my driver’s license, I’m at about 20. Doesn’t mean a thing fitnesswise, because when I’m not getting any exercise I tend to lose muscle mass.
