I took the capsule form. Maybe it is a placebo effect, all I know is when I have one of my frequent panic attacks, and take a Kava, about 30-45 minutes later I’m extremely relaxed. I’m a mess.
Depressant effects, usually when taken late in the morning.
Caffeine definitely isn’t it for me - I stay away from the stuff, mostly, because I’m a chronic insomniac and it tends to keeps me up at night. And caffeine withdrawal headaches are not pleasant.
I’m a big fan of Aleve myself, since it helps with my chronic back problems and, if I catch it soon enough, sometimes even helps side-track a migraine (though not usually). Before it was available OTC, I used to get the prescription version (Naproxen Sodium?).
Well…uh…As far as Nitrous Oxide goes a person could go to…let’s say…Lectors (sp?) or another store that sells kitchen supplies and ask for whip cream chargers. The second step would be to buy a whip cream dispenser. They should sell those in the same store. Step number three is the purchase of balloons.
Once you have all the ingredients you put the charger into the whip cream dispenser and then put the balloon at the other nozzle (where the whip cream would come out). Then you push the button that would let the hypothetical whipcream out and fill the balloon.
Take said balloon and inhale as much as you can.
OR you could just go to Giant and get a whip cream can. Take it home and push the nozzle so that only air comes out. Wrap your lips around it and breath in as much as you can. That is what we youngsters call a “whipit”.
