As far as I can tell, with the availability of modern mappings of diverse genomes throughout the scattered peoples of our planet, the best we can say is that our species really gets around and mates and procreates very well in the long term. The key here is what ‘long term’ means.
In other words, how long have we been this way (really gets around and mates and procreates very well) and how long do you think we will stay this way?

I’m pretty much a European mutt. Might be some African in there, I don’t know. My dad’s people are very dark-skinned. In old family photographs they kind of look like Melungeons. Certain branches of the family have been in the US for almost 400 years, so we’ve got a lot of ethnicities in there. This question is kind of meaningless.

Any reason why you didn’t link that forum (or even mention it at all) in the first place? :rolleyes: Without that forum name in my search query, it doesn’t show up at all in the first several pages of results, which is my limit when trying to do the work generally expected of the thread’s OP.
Searching for “anthropology taxonomy” or “anthropological taxonomy” (without quotes) gave me some spam sites, the Wikipedia entry you already gave that doesn’t have the information, a stormfront forum, some whitenewsnow.com links, quite a few hits to forum threads on an “online Germanic community”*, and a Wordpress post that starts with the ever-so-promising, “There is a fear of acknowledging race in today’s society.”
