What island is this off of Natal, Brazil?

It’s located at -3.86,-33.81 LatLng, and Google maps has some mediocre views of it, but does not name it. My rather cursory websearch has not turned up a name for it.

It is about 100 miles due west of Fernando de Noronha, and about 200 miles northeast of coastal Brazil.

Any details about this little islet would be appreciated.
