We had lunch at the Akershus royal banquet hall in Epcot last week. The food was flat out awesome. They had a buffet with various cold fish dishes, including “herring prepared two ways” according to the sign. One of them was pickled herring, and the other was herring in some kind of mildly spicy red sauce - I don’t think it was tomato based. Any idea what that was?
I wouldn’t put too much thought into it. It’s obviously a red herring.
