Washington had an unusually sunny day today, and apparently I burn easier than I used to.
I now have this odd sunburn on my face. It’s kind of blotchy, mainly on my forehead and upper cheeks, and it itches a little!
Now, it may be that I finally came across something I’m allergic to, and this is a funny rash (my college has oodles of plants around campus) but somehow I doubt it.
I look so goofy, and my scratching makes me look goofier :o
It sounds more like an allergic reaction than a sunburn. I’ve had sunburns that itch, but this is usually after several days when the peeling starts. Also, the burns are fairly uniform rather than blotchy.
Yeah I know, but I’ve never had any allergic reactions before. To anything…
The pink parts are warm, like sunburns usually are. S’why I figure that’s what it is, and when I burn, they’re usually a little itchy. So the itchies are normal, but driving me nuts!
I hope it isn’t an allergic reaction. I’ve enjoyed growing up allergy-free!
I’m not sure if you have sun poisening or not, but it sounds close. I found this page of links . They have just about every possibility of what it could be. It’s worth checking out.
