We all use the same kind of taste buds. Yet some people love beer, scotch, any kinds of awful tasting taste formulations. and just as many people hate them. So why don’t we all react the same way to the same tastes?
Is it because of upbringing? You train your taste buds? Why don’t we all taste things the same?
People’s differences in taste depend mostly upon method of cooking. Men usually taste a bit tougher than women. However, a slow-cooked man will be more tender and juicy than broiled woman.
