There are a couple of Los Straitjackets albums devoted to Xmas songs. While I like their music in general, there’s only so much that can be done to liven up hoary old Xmas standards.
I do like this one though.

Any of the albums by Nowell Sing We Clear, which are English folk song types of carol, some of which seem more party-themed than Christmas themed but hey, peasants, right?
