They’re not a one-hit wonder. Off the top of my head, there’s “Graduate,” “How’s It Going to Be,” “Jumper,” and “Never Let You Go.”
My vote goes to Tommy Tutone’s “Jenny.”
I always like suggesting “That Thing You Do” by The Wonders. Pretty much the definition of a one-hit wonder. 
Shit, half the groups on this list aren’t one-hit wonders. And the other half I’ve never heard of.

This is a pity he’s one of your one hit wonders as Josh Ritter has had several excellent albums and numerous great songs.

I just listened to it. That song is so quiet, so endearing, so oddly psychotic, it goes brilliantly with “Kisses”.
