What PC Game Controller do you recommend?

Well, there it is. What pc game controller do you recommend? I’m currently using the Microsoft Sidewinder, which I really like, but I recently went to the store to buy one for my brother. CompUSA told me they don’t carry them anymore, and he show’s their being discontinued. I looked around at other stores (Circuit City, and BestBuy) and couldn’t find it. I found one online at Microsoft’s website.

Is the sidewinder considered old by today’s standards? What’s a good model to get?

Man, I hate it that PC gaming isn’t as big as console gaming even though there are so many advantages of gaming on the PC over the consoles.

As I mentioned in a previous thread, I like my Saitek P750. I think those have been continued as well but take a look at the P2500.

I use the Axis Gravipad - its a dual-shock look-alike, and it works well enough for me. Got it for $15 at Walmart.
