And what was this official town “lack of diversity” celebration?
There was no news story. This happened a few doors away from me. I know the people involved, both the cops and the “socialists”.
The lack of diversity was called out as a strength of our community in speeches by town “leaders” and then vocally defended online. I’m not going to doxx myself. Probably given the resident doxxers too much information already.
I’ve got some various sports teams Pride shirts. I had some Pete Buttigieg buttons on my old backpack during the primaries.
Not at all, I was just curious what the statement meant. Some jurisdictions have rules regarding signs making political statements outside of an election timing although I wouldn’t think social justice issues would fall into that category.
Here in western Canada lots of people are displaying “all children matter” signs although most commonly in front windows.
