Mazda for me, too. I have a CX-5 that I like so much I bought a CX-30 for my second vehicle.
I love them, too; even started a thread about them. I’ve since realized, though, that they seem to wear out much faster than other brands I’ve owned. I’m still down with Skechers Slip-Ins, I’ll still buy them, but with the knowledge that they won’t last as long as others.
I am also on the Hoka train, for my daily going-on-a-walk shoe. I’ve been having sacro-ileac joint pain and thought these might help (they didn’t). However, many podiatrists recommend the brand for hip/leg/foot health. Go to a specialized running shoe store and get fitted to determine which model is best for you. Also, know that they feel different than other shoes; they have a pronounced “rocking” sensation while walking, that some folks cannot tolerate, particularly if you have balance issues. I’ve found that I like the feel of them.
