What program opens .dbx files?

Have run a search but cant seem to find this topic already covered elsewhere but apologies if it has been and the search didnt pick it up. Would be very glad of any help on this one.

What program can I use to open .dbx files please? and is there a free download of it anywhere?

They are probably Outlook Express database files. If you have a need to extract the contents, you can use DBXtract to get to them.
