What relatively inexpensive products do you splurge on?

This is a good one! We also buy great food for our day hikes and overnight backpacks where you can get away with carrying that sort of food. If you are going to burn that many calories, you might as well replenish them with tasty calories.

Another thing: Weed. Why spend $25 on that cut-rate eighth when for $40 you can go top-shelf. I should say that the “cut-rate” is so much better than what was often available before pot super-stores came along.

Shhhh. The supply of these seems limited. Don’t spread the word.

Socks, for sure. I just shelled out almost $20 for three pairs of socks, just for walking. My everyday work socks are close to $5 a pair. But man, I loves having comfy feet.

What kind do you get?

90% of the time I buy Coldstone Cake Batter. The rest of the time it’s Baskin-Robbins Chocolate Fudge.

They approach $16 a half gallon, I think, but don’t reach it. It’s not that I’m trying to find a more expensive ice cream. I’m just curious.
