What should I see and do on my Pacific Northwest road trip?

Seconded. I took my parents there a few years ago, and they still talk about it. There’s a lot more to the place than just the Spruce Goose.

I also recommended it if you are into art museums. It has some nice Rodins.

East of the bridge to Maryhill is a full size Stonehenge replica. Bring something to sacrifice.

Well fortunately I’m not:)
Mexican: Vuelve a la Vida
Italian: Pomodoro or Europa Cafe (just a block apart)
Seafood/Fish and Chips: Duke’s (edge of fancy) or Fish House (not the nicest neighborhood, but HUGE fish and chips portions)
General/breakfast: Shakabrah (get the pancakes), Pacific Southern, The Spar (great views)
Best bars: Crown, O’Malley’s, Dirty Oscar
