I have no idea about the song but that “commercial” was dead on. Brilliant!

Waters of March. The video is a cover by Suzanne Vega and Stacey Kent. Not sure who did the original.

Google is my friend. The definitive (though not original) version is one by the composer, Antony Carlos Jobim, and Elis Regina, in the Portuguese it was originally written in (well, not originally…Jobim wrote both Portuguese and English versions simultaneously). This video is that version, in Portuguese.
