What States Do Not Have Any Commercial Downhill Ski Areas?

Both South Carolina Ski Clubs travel out of state. There are no commercial ski areeas in the Palmetto state.

I was about to post that Texas has none as far as I know. The link you did is for Jacksonville, Texas, where I was born, but it doesn’t say anything that I could find about snow skiing. I’ve done lots of real skiing (on water) there though.

So I still say that Texas has none. We have mountains in far West Texas, but the occasional snow isn’t enough to ski on. And we get a decent amount of snow in the far Northwest corner, which is just a few miles from Colorado’s SE corner, but it’s just like the panhandle of Oklahoma - flat as a pan.

Oops, I stand corrected. The Lookout Mountain area does say something about snow skiing. And it’s just about five miles from where I was born!
