Both South Carolina Ski Clubs travel out of state. There are no commercial ski areeas in the Palmetto state.

So I still say that Texas has none. We have mountains in far West Texas, but the occasional snow isn’t enough to ski on. And we get a decent amount of snow in the far Northwest corner, which is just a few miles from Colorado’s SE corner, but it’s just like the panhandle of Oklahoma - flat as a pan.
Oops, I stand corrected. The Lookout Mountain area does say something about snow skiing. And it’s just about five miles from where I was born!
