Seen it; love it.
Saw a wreck on 90 once where a semi hauling cookies clipped a milk tanker. That is still the absolute best one I’ve seen in my life.

Somewhere around here is a “diving pigs” attraction of the kind you see at small fairs. One day I’m driving along and wind up behind a truck with an open bed that is completely full of bags of bread and other baked goods. On the truck was the name of the farm that had the pigs. So I guess you feed diving pigs old bread.
I always liked this poem by Jane Mead about passing a chicken truck.
It sounds weird, but the Navy’s acoustic proving ground for subs is in Lake Pend Oreille Idaho, so it was probably headed there.
Not strange, but rare: a Tucker 48.

What was that movie in the 80’s about the guy that gets turned into a vampire? He ends up going to the Butcher’s shop where he learns that Pigs Blood comes in six-packs.
Eons ago, I shared a city street with a full size diesel locomotive, which was on an enormous flatbed truck.
Apparently, the only way to get it from one set of tracks to another was by city streets, and there wasn’t a convenient (and much wider) highway to use.
I once drove past pieces of a nuclear power plant being loaded onto a train, who’s tracks were right next to the road. Did not drive behind the delivery trucks though.
A camel in a Toyota pick up truck
A natural gas separator .( it was huge)
I recall an episode of “Undercover Boss” featuring a company that made bread, rolls, etc. They said that damaged, squished, and otherwise unsalable bread is saved for a nearby hog farm.
Strangest, and most unpleasant, cargo I’ve ever been behind was a tanker full of liquid manure to be sprayed as fertilizer.
Once I was behind a tank truck carrying molten sulfur.
Imagine what would happen if it leaked!
