You could answer it’s nothing they haven’t done and said before. Only now they seek and have a means to deliver on their fiery rhetoric. Trump responded in kind. Exactly like he said, ‘Terms Un can understand’.

I believe that was actually Rex Tillerson’s undeservedly charitable characterization of Trump’s remarks, he being one of many underlings burdened with the responsibility of framing his boss’s brainless comments and tweets in the least idiotic way possible.

Kim isn’t going to stop his blustering. Blustering is all he knows.

But… if he did, then Trump would like the grown-up because he got the kid to STFU. Something no one else has been able to do. Oh, and you think Kim has handlers? North Korea 'examining' missile launch toward Guam

North Korea claimed Thursday that it is writing an attack plan to fire missiles toward Guam “to signal a crucial warning to the U.S.,” although the rogue nation said the plan won’t be ready until mid-August.

The latest threat comes amid rising tensions on the Korean peninsula and blustery rhetoric from President Trump, who has promised “fire and fury” on North Korea if it doesn’t abandon its nuclear program.

The North Korean military is “seriously examining the plan for an enveloping strike at Guam through simultaneous fire of four Hwasong-12 intermediate-range strategic ballistic rockets,” North Korea’s media reported.

North Korea said under the plan, four Hwasong-12 rockets would fly over Shimane, Hiroshima and Koichi prefectures in Japan, hitting waters 19 to 25 miles from the island, the Associated Press reported. The plan could be sent to leader Kim Jong Un for approval within a week or so.
