Since I got IBS, probably from antibiotics for my autumn case of bronchitis, constipation has been part of my life, sadly.
Low Carb should not be low fat.
Most of your calories should come from fat.
Fat is gold.
LCHF = low carb, high fat.
I suggest reading up on the progression that low-carb diets have made, honed and revised over new studies… which result in the ‘high fat’’ part of it now.

I keep a bag of flax seed meal in the fridge, and add it to various foods when necessary. Flax seeds are low carb and they’re a easy, relatively pleasant way to get fiber into your diet. Bran tastes like ground-up broom bristles to me, but flax seed meal tastes nutty and nice.
