Yes, pineapple can be frozen. I freeze the leftover pineapple (mine was remaining from the carrot cake I made last weekend) in a plastic zip-top baggie. I’ll use it (frozen) for fruit smoothies. (Orange juice, frozen pineapple or whatever other fruits are frozen, probably a small continer of yogurt or maybe not, couple of ice-cubes and blend.)
