What to do with ground venison?

OP, if it’s not too much to ask, what did you do with the venison and how did it turn out?

I was going to suggest ravioli but chose not to when you and others mentioned pasta.

I’ve never cooked it. As a first attempt, I might have made something ordinary like meatballs and experimented with different ingredients.

The only thing I find disappointing is ground venison burgers. They were too dry and a bit gamey.
Ground venison works best in dishs with other ingredients and spices.

We made a Bolognese sauce — noticeably different from ones with beef, but not extremely so. And quite good. I’m having some leftovers right now for lunch.
