First thing I thought as well. It has that “warm institutional” feel that a lot of churches have once you get away from the worship hall part of the church.
Too clean to be a school. 
There’s no required railing on either side. The building owner should write a blank check now because the first mistake will cost them.
My first thought was “doors to backstage”, and I assumed it’s in a school based on not much actual evidence.
