I have a few copies of tomb paintings, from the time of King Tutankhamnen. They depict some attractive girls playing musical instruments-a harp (similar to a modern harp), a bowed instrument (like a violin) and pipes (like pan pipes). Does anyone know if any ancient Egyptian music has been played on modern instruments?
Was there any musical notation sed?
