I don’t know if Tom Slick’s car was the best cartoon vehicle, but it sure had the best name!
The best of all the Batmobiles appeared in The Animated Series. (And I mean the FOX series, not the newer shows on the WB.) Long and sleek and its devices were more believable than the ones in the movies. (Yeah, the Batmobile can climb a vertical wall like the Mach 5. Surrrrrre! Yeah, a guy who wants to sneak around at night to capture criminals is gonna outfit his car with neon lights THAT CAN BE SEEN TEN BLOCKS AWAY!!! Oh, yeah, THAT’S believable!)
