THe longest I ever slept was about 14 hours, so the longest I went without eating was about probably 14.5 hours.
About 4 days. I was in college at the time and it was Christmas break. I had come down with Mono and Strep Throat. My tonsils were so swollen, the only thing I could ingest was water. The idiots at the campus medical center kept telling me that they couldn’t give me pennicillin because I had mono and that I would break out in a rash (they were wrong). After several other drugs, and about 4 days later, I finally gave up on them and went to my family doctor. Got on some steroids and the inflamation went down in 1 day. As a result, I lost about 15 lbs.
