I cut my toenails really really short. I hate the feeling of long toenails (especially on the big toe) scratching on socks or nylons.
I always align the bathroom rugs so they are straight with the floor tiles and equal distant from eachother.
I find that I count my paces when I am walking alone from the parking lot to the building (or vice versa) at work. (I cannot tell you how many paces it is, but I know that it is 1/4 mile because I measured it with a pedometer!)
