This, however, is a gross distortion. As of 2017 there were 3.7 million EU immigrants; there were also 5.7 million non-EU immigrants. Cite. Yes, this is a doubling of the 2004 numbers but the UK’s total population is over 65 million. Immigrants are still a small minority.

They breed like rabbits which is why the gross figure of the UK population is what matters, not just the number of immigrants.
