I just figured Gore had consulted NASA. Since the space program has been cut back, and with this international space station going up there will be alot of foreign relations and policy discussed. Its clear the proper attire for this is a suit, and NASA has been working hard at preparing a Armani version of the space suit. Gore borrowed the bottoms for the debates. Hey, he knows how to get an advantage.
