No. Anti-perspirant won’t prevent you from sweating totally. What it does is basically soak up the sweat produced, so you don’t get the “wet” feeling. However, without this “wet” feeling you also don’t get any evaporation, which is what cools you. But fear not, the anti-perspirant is just that anti-perspirant. I only combats it, it doesn’t completly stop it - a good bout of slap and tickle should still produce some sweat - at least in men.
That said, you’d probably look a little white ‘n’ dusty, and smell a bit “lavatory fresh”…
