What would you put on a Compilation tape?

Big Daddy, “Cutting Their Own Groove”
Rhino records R2 70733

Track 12 “Memory” (2:20)
(Webber/Nunn/Eliot) R&H Music Co. (BMI)
But it may take a little work to find a copy. It came out in '91 and I can’t even find any mention of it at Amazon.com or the Rhino records site. Try Napster, and if worse comes to worse I might be able to run off a copy for you. It appeals to my sense of symmetry, the first time I heard this was on a compilation tape from a friend of mine.

Thanks, Robot Arm. Once I have that information,
I can usually find any CD.

This is a tape I just made for my sister to listen to in her car, mostly made up of songs with a good rhythm for driving:

Side 1:
Serge Gainsborough - Bonnie and Clyde
Conway Savage - Fair and Tender Ladies
Dolly Parton - Silver Dagger
Velvet Underground - Who Loves the Sun
Galaxy 500 - 4th of July
Betty Serveert - I’ll Keep It With Mine
Lee Hazlewood - A Day Like Today
Leonard Cohen - Teachers
Lucinda Williams - Side of the Road
Gram Parsons - Return of the Grievous Angel
Nick Cave - Where the Wild Roses Grow (Live)
Yo La Tengo - Blitzkrieg Bop

Side 2:
Strangeloves - I Want Candy
X Ray Spex - Oh Bondage! Up Yours!
The Victims - Television Addict
The Buzzcocks - Orgasm Addict
The Ramones - Teenage Lobotomy
Mudhoney - Hate the Police
Celibate Rifles - Kent’s Theme
The Make Up - Pow to the People
The Pagans - Baba Yaga
The Brigands - Would I Still Be Her Man
The Choir - It’s Cold Outside
Lee Hazlewood/Nancy Sinatra - Paris Summer
Johnny Cash - Cocaine Blues (live)

Gasp!

Betty Serveert? Dude, you just won a free case of Dutch Beer. Pick your brand, son

Thanks Coldfire,

I’ll take your tip for best Dutch Beer, as long as it’s full strength and comes with a couple of tubes of Pringles Chips
