In 1958 officer Maurice Cullihane was photographed bending over talking to a cute little two-year old boy named Allen Weaver. I believe Weaver was about to step into a parade’s path. Cullihane later became Chief of Police (I think it was in D. C.), and his history, and thoughts of the photo, are easy to find on Google. But no mention of whatever happened to adorable Allen (I have an image, sorry to say, of him growing up being a cop-killer, forgive me)?
Anyone from that area that may know firsthand? Any suggestions other than “Maurice Cullihane Allen Weaver photograph” to type into Google?
