I saw a thread where a poster was listed as “BANNED as Troll or Trock”.
I know what a Troll is, but “Trock” is a new one.
It’s a portmanteau of “troll” and “sock”. So a banned member who has come back to troll.
We have a bunch of obsessed ex-posters that return again and again. They are the Trocks as opposed to just a Troll or a poster Socking.
The one you saw is either an old poster with dozens of profiles over the years or a newer Trock that is on at least their third user profile. Sometimes it is hard to be 100% sure on which.

imho, it’d be handy if “BANNED as Troll or Trock” was in a different place/font/color
as it currently looks like one of those custom titles…
You’re right, that would be nice, but I don’t think we have any way to add any formatting to that field.
The usual convention is to put BANNED in capital letters. I find I’ve gotten used to that convention, making it stand out for me.
The BANNED was in caps in the post that caught my eye, which I suspect is why it did so.
