What's going on at the Europa Universalis Forums? (Server too busy)

On a whim, I decided to check out the forums for Europa Universalis II and III to see what’s going on. I haven’t been to these forums in several months. But I can’t get the forums to load–instead, the sites give me a message saying the server is too busy.

I take this to mean some big important event has occured having to do with one of Paradox’s games. Anyone know if my hunch is correct? What’s the event, if so?

Indeed, the Paradox Forum has announced a new title: Europa Universalis: Rome, which will take place in the Ancient Roman era.
