Why would they do this? If the issue is getting paid, then you’re talking about prostitution not “recreational sex”. Prostitution is legal in some parts of Nevada, and it’s happening in a variety of ways everywhere else. If prostitution was made legal in the rest of the US it’s very unlikely that it would happen in the way you describe. Why would they make it such a public thing? Auctions and bidding aren’t needed.
