What's the Best/Cheapest Websites for Wills/Trusts?

I need to write a will. Actually, I want to do a living trust. When my dad was alive and practicing law, he charged $50 for a will, while most attorneys back then (late 70’s) charged 75. Dad refused to charge more than his blue collar clients could afford. Well, I can’t pay what attorneys charge these days, and Legal Zoom is pretty pricey, too.

What are some reliable websites or Software for doing this myself?

Man, I’d be careful if I were you. Trusts and the like are complicated enough things that lawyers specialize in them.

I’d shop around hard and even save up for a while if it came down to doing it myself or hiring a lawyer.

Suze Orman offers a kit called a “Must-Have Documents Kit” on her Web site.

She used to have a free version of her PoA but it looks like it’s no longer available…?

Nolo has been in the DIY legal forms and books business probably longer than anyone else.

They have a whole section devoted to wills, trusts and estate planning.

ETA: Forgot to mention that I’ve successfully used their books in the past for a trust and will, bankruptcy and landlord-tenant issues.
