What's the best-selling American book not to be translated into any other language?

I heard a story on All Things Considered yesterday about Hubert Selby Jr., who died recently. He was the author of Last Exit to Brooklyn, and in discussing the book they mentioned that it sold X hundred thousand copies (don’t remember) and has been translated into 12 other languages.

Which got me thinking. What’s the most popular – namely, best-selling – American book that hasn’t been translated into any other languages? Bonus points for both the best-selling non-fiction and best-selling fiction titles.

(I don’t know what the usual lag time is between American success and foreign translation, so let’s assume that we’re talking about books that are old enough to have been translated, not the latest best seller with translations in the works.)
