What's the difference between CPU Switch and KVM switch?

Is there some difference other than the number of comps that can be connect?

No difference. In fact, the “CPU Switch” is labeled as a KVM switch here.

Agreed that there’s no difference, but the common term is KVM switch. CPU switch is some marketer’s bad idea.
