I haven’t been this bummed out since that 3 year old who can solve a Rubik’s cube in about a minute.
By the time I can solve a Rubik’s cube, all apocolypse theories will have been proven false. 
Good old fashioned sticking-of-head-into-sand should work for this.
Ignore things that bum you out. Keep thinking about the day when you inevitably become the ruler of the world and solve the world’s ills.
