Since the White Nationalists seem to have settled in for a visit, I hope this thread won’t be seen as inviting more. You see, I’ve read quite a bit of their viewpoints, and I’m curious. What role do women play in this movement? Most of the posters I’ve seen who embrace White Nationalism appear to be male. Since there’s talk about increasing the population of the white race, especially in areas which are culturally white, I’m assuming women would be expected to bear more than one or two children. Anything else? You see, I’m not maternally inclined, and I’m all too aware that reproducing requires far more effort and risk on the part of the woman than the man. I’m also a bit of a feminist.
I fit the criteria for White Nationalism, including not only race, but physical and mental robustness. I suppose I’m prime breeding stock, if you discount my age. Let’s get down to the nitty-gritty, shall we? Gentlemen, I’m a healthy, intelligent, white woman. What’s in it for me?
I wouldn’t be at all surprised if it is exactly the same role as women in Black Nationalism — sometimes as nurturers, sometimes as leaders, and sometimes as articulaters of the cause.

The neo-Nazi viewpoint of women is essentially identical to the original Nazi view of women, which was a traditional homemaker sort of image. The Nazis ideallized a traditional German family; man as breadwinner, woman as housekeeper, in a sort of pastoral setting. The Nazi colors of red and black symbolize blood (of the imaginary Aryan race) and, in the case of black, the soil - while Communists idealize industrial, urban workers, the Nazis idealized the farmer, the man close to the soil.
As has been pointed out in innumerable threads on the subject, the original Nazis were slow indeed to employ women in the wartime workforce of in the defence of Germany, owing largely to this philosophical stance - actually, women not working outside the home was part of the original platform. They also rewarded homemaking and childbearing with cold, hard cash; from 1933 to 1937, newlywed couples were eligible for a substantial loan which was forgiven in progressive steps if you had enough kids.
Modern day Nazis are a different class of people than the folks who run a country -they are for the most part underemployed goofs - but the idealized philosophy is still there, bearing in mind that Nazi ideology and theory can be twisted around to contradict itself, depending on what needs to be justified at any given time.
So to answer your question directly, I guess it depends if you want to be a homemaker or not.
But you’ll find that the hard core WNs will never post on this board, or if they do they get banned pretty quickly. If you really want to understand this, you’ll have to lurk or post on a WN message board.
Oh, and it would help to be a good dancer (Few people know this, but der Fuehrer was a really good dancer).

I guess I just don’t find some pregnant blond chick in the kitchen making sammiches for a horde of dirty-faced kids while I drink Coors and talk about how the damn Jews control everything with my hunting buddies appealing.

Er, it’s a quote from the show “The Family Guy” which you’ve never seen.
Not to threadjack, but IIRC it comes in the show when Peter is running against his wife for the school board presidency. Wacky! shrugs The show is pretty much 95% satire. For the record, another of Peter’s quotes is, in kid form, “…and I’m suicidal over what a fat bastard I’ll become,” and that descirbes the character well enough.
Adam West is in the show, too. … not that anyone asked.
I do know that she was married and had a child (which she abandoned) (and of course, that does not mean she was not homosexual). From her works that I’ve read, her heroines tend to have issues with marriage, as she did, but are attracted to men. If anything, I would call her married to her work for the movement, which is one of the few good works that came out of Russian Marxism.
The role of women in White Nationalism is fixin beers for Jethro so he doesn’t have to get up during the game, starchin his sheets, and main sure that too many crows don’t nest in that old pickup in the yard on wheelblocks.
My only exposure to White Nationalist women is through the documentary Blood in the Face, but from that it seemed that such women are mostly old-fashioned housewives. It was pretty creepy seeing these ordinary looking cookie-baking moms spewing hateful racist nonsense…kind of a low-rent, white supremacist Stepford Wives.
