What’s the straight dope on running nonstick cookware through the dishwasher?
Most manufactuers either don’t reccomend it, and some clearly state that doing so will void the cookware’s warranty.
I have a couple of All Clad skillets and an Analon pan that I regularily run trough the dishwasher, and I haven’t seen any problems.
Of course, I also use the minimum amount of detergent and turn off the “heat dry cycle”.
