On this page, users comment on what they think they see in the picture. User Goats of Venus thinks there are three light bulbs on the ledge there (there is clearly one in the container behind the old lady’s head, you can see the base of the bulb sticking out). Also wonders if she has to remove one of the light bulbs to plug in the toaster.
