THe gas stations along the border must be swampted!
I had to admire the latest story of why they had to raise prices in Canada. It seems the government decided they HAD to raise the prices to reflect what
the prices were in the US, so that the dang 'Mericans wouldn’t flood over the border and drain the tanks dry. :smack:
Someone in the Government was * really* earning their pay, that day…
In Japan it is between 114 yen and 132 yen a litre, more and more gas stations are tending to the higher figure each day.
A very rough conversion is to divide by 100 for dollars.
I really feel the pinch - last year to fill my car from empty, I would need to have 4000 yen in my wallet. Now I need 7000. Grrr.
