As Larry Mudd said, “Cosplay folks are special folks.” This sort of thing isn’t all that uncommon, especially in Japan. I showed the gallery to UvulaDaughter (a big anime/manga fan) and she rather nonchalantly said, “Well, he’s carrying his cosplay hobby a bit far…”

Anime Chick-is that a mask or just some very good photoshopping?
Guin–I watched her (Him???) for like 20 minutes and it seems as though the face is just a mask and he/she/whatever is wearing a bodysuit that includes glove things to cover the hands. The hands also look very, very odd and there is some strange wrinkling at the armpits when she runs around in her bikini.
Overall…very, very odd indeed.
